I received an email by a recruiter via LinkedIn and replied to accept an initial call with her. She had to change the first interview date and then notified me a week later that she was no longer in the same position but that an associate would contact me. I was contacted by the next recruiter and we made an appt for the initial call. She was very friendly and asked lots of questions about my background and sales experience including OTE etc. She said that I sounded like a good candidate and then scheduled me to meet the VP of Sales of the WA and OR offices the following week when he was in town. The day of the interview the recruiter called me back and said that they needed to postpone the interview by 1.5 hours bc of training which was strange bc when she scheduled the interview she said he was available between 11 am and 2 pm. So I scheduled it for 2 and she changed it to 3:30 which I gladly accepted. Once I got there his assistant came down to get me and showed me into a conference room. The VP shows up around 3:50 p.m. (20 minutes later) and said that he was busy training. He then told me that he only has 15-20 mins to interview me and that his managers will get to ask the tough questions later. I asked him if he wanted a copy of my resume and he said that he already saw it on LinkedIn. (My profile only gives the names of the companies and position but no details of my experience or accomplishments.) He asked a few questions but kept looking at his phone so it was very hard to take the interview seriously. After 15 or 20 minutes he said to take his email down and tell him why I want to work for ADP. It seemed like he had already made some kind of prejudgement and I can easily say that it was the worst interview I have ever been on. Why would anyone want to work for someone that is so disrespectful? I can't imagine how his managers are if he is the example. Hopefully he doesn't treat everyone in the same manner. I obviously did not email him back but I thought I would share my experience since I appreciate reviews posted on glassdoor. Good luck either way!

Interview process was very thorough and enjoyed going through their onboarding procees along with meeting the team. The process was a mixture of questionare along with seat rides with the current team.
