Found the opportunity on LinkedIn and applied on the company's website. Was contacted via email 5 days later by the company's recruiter. Had a phone screen with the recruiter that same day. The recruiter was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic about ADP. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager three days later and was advised later that same day that I would be moving forward. The face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and another manager was scheduled for a week later. Most all of the interviews were behavioral based (tell me about a time) questions. They probed for the result of whatever action you said that you took in that situation was. After the first face-to-face, I thought the interview process stalled or was over. Everything moved very fast until that point. After the face-to-face, the recruiter followed up with me the next day to see how things went, I responded but didn't hear anything else for 2 weeks. I thought that I was no longer in consideration for the role at that point. At about the 2 week point I heard from the recruiter who let me know that I was still in consideration for the role and interviews were ongoing. A week later I heard from the recruiter again asking me if I could interview with the executive and VP within the next week. The interviews were scheduled and conducted later that week. The next day the recruiter reached out to me to let me know that I should hear something soon. I received an offer 3 days later. Overall, it took 40 days from application to offer.
The recruiter was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
