I had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager, but the day before the interview, I received an auto-cancelation and a message with an AI assistant, with no way to understand why the process was the way it was.

The HR person didn't seem to know anything at all about the role, but shared with me the benefits information, discussed salary, etc. I assumed they were all but ready to hire me.
