I applied online. About two weeks later, a recruiter got in touch to set up the first interview. It was an online interview (WebEx) with two people in similar roles. The interview went well, in my opinion. 20 days later: no response of any kind no matter that I've sent two polite emails asking to let me know about any developments or outcomes.
