Interview process went great, but I was disappointed by the aftermath. They invited me to an in-person networking event, and then I had to go into downtown Boston the next day to have an in-person interview with the same employees I talked to the previous night. They were very nice and our conversations both nights were very organic and flowed well, but it's been three weeks exactly and I haven't heard anything from them. For such a big company, and considering the effort they put into the process leading up to interviews, I would expect them to at least have the decency to send a polite rejection letter instead of just ghosting me.
