I stated my expected salary range but during the initial phone screening, was badgered by the recruiter to lower my expectations (this would have been a lateral move for me and I stated that I would expect compensation equal to my current position, not an increase). This was prior to undergoing a full interview. The only other questions they asked, I had already answered in the job application. I was offered an in-person interview but had to ask to reschedule due to serious illness. The recruiter said they would get back to me but I never heard from them again. Overall I found the hiring process very strange and unprofessional.

I was invited to the office and had the interview with two Directors. We talked about my experience, technical aspects and work that AECOM does. Overall positive experience. Nice office.

Great..very efficient...good feedback received after the interview process..a bit delay in receiving response but I suppose its a big organization that's why ..otherwise everything is good..very nice ambience and polite staff
