It is a long three stage process, but the whole process took only around 2 weeks in total. First stage is being invited to make a online recording of 4 interview questions. Each questions you will have two chance to practice and the last time being the last chance to answer. It ended up taking up around 50mins to finish recording all the questions. After the online recording, the HR ask to have a short phone interview, asking a few questions of your background. Around a week later, if you are qualified, they invited us to a two-days recruiting event called the Fantastic Friday. Thursday night is a social event where you will meet your recruiters and interviewers in your department as well as other candidates. It is a great opportunity to get a sense of the companies' culture and a great chance talk with your recruiters and make an impression. On Friday, you will already have received a time slot for individual interview. The interview process was fast, and stress free. It was one of the best interview experience I've ever had.
