Pretty simple. Filled out an application online, was contacted by an HR rep who set up an interview. Interview was pretty informal, spent a couple of hours at the office and went out for lunch.

Initial phone interview followed by a basic interview with two current process engineers. Both were friendly, and the interview consisted of review of my past experience with a handful of the regular popular interview questions sprinkled in.
