I drove to Edmonton from Calgary to do the interview, the employer was aware of that. But in the morning the project control manager called me and canceled the interview without any solid reason. Later on, I called the company's VP and managed to do the interview at project control manager's own place. The reason he wanted to cancel the interview is because he simply wanted to work from home. So unprofessional and disrespectful.
