Half-Hour Interview. Self-Introduction and share 1-2 projects of my portfolio. Very comfortable process and the interviewer is friendly.
I asked two questions about the projects that entry level designers will join and the situation of in-person work mode in the near future.

25-30 min interview with exec and assistant director (first in), describe portfolio and inform job preference (design vs. PM). Slightly confusing without HR present but overall process was smooth and direct.

A resume, a short introduction of yourself and a portfolio of your work are required. Detailed description of the content of the projects involved in the portfolio, career development plans.

Entrevista
First run 30 min call with HR. Start with self introduction and following with questions. Then you can ask questions to them. The thing is I don't think they provide visa sponsorship for international employees.
