I expected considerably more professionalism and consideration of more than a decade of experience in lieu of a formal degree for what is essentially, a field position. The interview questions did not accurately represent the job at hand and the interviewer was not approachable to address anything other than what her script reflected. The epitome of a HR being disconnected from the realities of the actual work performed by the company.
The interview process was 3 interviews over teams and were overall polite and friendly. The interviews were with seniors PMs and they were asking where I would wish to be seconded and what projects I have worked on previously.

Entrevista
Interview was good, sensible questions that assessed how well you would do at the job. The 2 people interviewing were great and so friendly. Sadly waited 4 weeks for a response and was then told I was unsuccessful.
Interviewed with someone I was already professionally connected to who supported me throughout the hiring process. In my experience it was better to have connections there to get hired. They also valued community/client connections very highly.
