Comfortable, formal interview, discussing basic questions at a junior level. Understood that the interviewee was younger and asked questions that matched the interviewee. Was informal at times to make interviewee more comfortable and at ease.

good process and very friendly staff. The questions weren't too difficult and there were loads of training opportunities available. Would recommend to any graduates to apply for this offer as its an easy option

Casual, very friendly interviewers. Felt like a conversation as oppose to an interrogation. The questions where not very aimed at my age group however. They were more aimed at graduates.
