Unnecessarily confrontational from all interviewers clearly didn't read my CV prior to the interview. Unrelated questions nothing challenging, no job description shared just seemed panicky and chaotic. When I push back a little the interviewers were defensive. Surreal experience

People did not show up on time. No clarity on role or responsibility or staffing. No clear strategy for the department or its direction or growth plans nor speciality. Lower than my expectation.
