The hiring manager asked general questions, centered around experience and education, with a few behavioral questions thrown in. I received instructions a week before the interview, which centered around how to convince an oil and gas company to follow TCFD (task force on climate-related financial disclosures) standard, and how to build a GHG inventory (step-by-step process), imagining myself as a top management executive for the company. Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
