The processes was simple with online application with a few lengthy questions. followed by online test and video interview. the video interview was basic competency based nothing out of line with about 3 mins for each question and a total of 4 questions.

how would you build good relationship with clients, why did you apply for this role, how can you contribute to the society if working with aecom
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

Entrevista
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
