I was contacted by phone by a recruiter for a sales position with Alstom. A few days later the HR Director called me and talked to me about more then an hour about, my skills, and past experience, and my actual package. Two weeks later I did a Face to Face Interview with the Managing Director of Alstom Power. The interviewer was nice and very interested. I've got a positive feed back from the HR Director after this first interview. Somme couple of weeks later I received another call from the HR asking me to have another interview with the Country Manager and the GM of Alstom Transportation, but separately. I was bombarded with questions, even personal questions were at the Menu. The Managers were very sarcastic. After that, I've got another call from the HR asking me to do another interview with the Regional Director for Alstom Power. This time the person was very rude, and he was keeping asking me why I want to change my job. A couple of days after, I received an email from the HR trough the recruiter saying that I was not selected. They waisted my time for nothing.
