Round1: Aptitude both Technical and non-technical(simple Questions no need to worry much )
Round2:Group Discussion
Round3:Face-Face Technical Interview(i am from Electrical background so they asked me all fundamentals about motors,generators, power generation n transmission which went on for almost 1:30 hours)
Round4:Director Round (no need to worry about this round very much as it will be a simple discussion )
Round5:hr round(simple hr questions go to any websites and prepare yourself before attending the hr round)
Finally they offer us a job after clearing all the rounds the package offered for me was 3.6lpa
Note :All the rounds are Elimination rounds

First I applied online without motivational letter. Then tests, before having a 15 min phone interview. The phone interview was very awkward and didn't feel free-flowing at all. I may be partial though since I didn't go past that stage.
