Three rounds of technical interview with one round of HR and salary negotiation. Questions were tool related and jigs and fixture. CATIA and DMA structure and part uploading and fundamental knowledge on interference analysis

Telephonic round for 45 mins After Shortlisted Face to Face Round. There is no correlation between Telephonic round and F2F round. Telephonic was done by another Manager and F2F was done by different manager. I was shortlisted by first manager and called for interview. The second manager discovered that my profile is not matching with job requirement. I dont understand after reading 2 page resume and 45 mins of telephonic round they did not understand my skills and experience. I was asked to travel to Banglore office for F2F. There they understood that my profile is not matching. What the hell...! if you cannot make decision by reading resume and telephonic round and at the end you come up with foolish reason that profile is not matching. This is really disgusting.....! HR did not bother to meet the candidate who had traveled such long distance for interview. I think HR should atleast welcome the candidate and expain them about Job description,company structure, Culture etc. This is basic responsibility from HR you can expect.

It was a HR cum Technical interview, HR asked standard questions for 20 minutes, then a technical round with two senior engineers of the Electrical department followed by a final interview by business director
