Processus classique en trois étapes. D'abord un entretien rapide avec une première RH afin de positionner le candidat. Puis entretien plus technique avec des manager. Pour finir par un entretien sur place avec une RH locale et les managers.

Entrevista
I reached out to my network to explore potential opportunities, aiming to secure at least an interview. Three weeks later, I was invited for a single technical round—no HR screening. The interviewer had less experience than me, and the questions were surprisingly basic. A week later, they made an offer at just 62% of my requested salary. I declined and negotiated for a better deal, which resulted in a final offer at 66%, with almost no bonus. I initially accepted the offer but fortunately found a better opportunity and decided to withdraw. HR later called me—not to discuss the process, but to express their frustration. Needless to say, the conversation was quite amusing.
