The interview process was like any other average interview. Very supportive throughout the process and much more friendly. It was a three stage process: 1) Online Assessment 2) Assessment Center 3) Interview

After applying, there's a skills assessment to evaluate abilities. This is followed by an assessment centre with in-person and online interviews with potential colleagues and managers. The interviews were calm and engaging, with the interviewers coming across as very humble and friendly. Their approachable demeanor likely helps candidates feel at ease while allowing their true selves to shine through.

I had an assessment centre in February 2023, held in Derby,UK in-person. It took half a day and we had 2 tasks to complete, both in groups. The team did everything to ensure we feel comfortable.
