I was asked to attend a face-to-face interview. The Interviewers asked questions to test commitment and competencies related to social work, work shifts and weekends, undertake work beyond social work job scope

The interview started with a case study in which you, the Social Worker, make an assessment and proposed an intervention plan to address the presenting issue. The interviewers did not ask any questions regarding my assessment nor proposed intervention plan which suggests that they were more interested in understanding my thought process. Apart from that, it involves the usual questions you would expect in an interview.
