Went through multiple stages of the interview, met with the hiring manager who verbally told me I was moving forward in the interview process and would hear from HR. After multiple unanswered follow-ups to HR/Recruiting and the hiring manager, I have been completely ghosted. Never have I had this happen in the middle of the process. So unprofessional and disappointing. Clearly dodged a bullet.

Received an interview request from the COO for a 15 min video interview
Very impersonal experience, he asked to record the video interview because he has so many back to back, agreed however will say this is a strange business practice. There were no questions about my experience. When I asked him what the growth trajectory looked like for 2025 he used a bunch of jargon to exaggerate the perceived growth, with no data or explanation as to how the team would get there.
It’s now been nearly a month since my interview and I’ve been completely ghosted. No follow up whatsoever to even say they weren’t moving forward.
Horrible experience thru and thru for a company that I was genuinely excited to work with to grow the teams.
If the leadership at the top sucks…STEER CLEAR.

Entrevista
Very quick process - two 15 min interviews with C-Suite. Pro = liked the fast decision-making and cutting out the BS. Con = would have liked to understand the role better and have more engagement from the execs, especially at a strategic leadership level.
