Had initial phone interview/screening with HR. HR rep seemed positive about my chances of the role at end of call about putting me forward to the Hiring Manager and said I would be a good fit from the initial call. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks and received generic rejection e-mail. Note for hiring process in future - ensure HR and Hiring Manager are on the same page about what you are looking for to avoid this happening in future.
