Had initial phone interview/screening with HR. HR rep seemed positive about my chances of the role at end of call about putting me forward to the Hiring Manager and said I would be a good fit from the initial call. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks and received generic rejection e-mail. Note for hiring process in future - ensure HR and Hiring Manager are on the same page about what you are looking for to avoid this happening in future.

Interview with senior leadership. Very nice people and outgoing, made me feel very comfortable. The interview wasn't too difficult and they were very efficient with the response as well. Which I liked.
