      Had 3 rounds of Interviews Recruiter introduction, Technical and Final stage with more technical and Behavioral questions. Well organised and clear communication in each stage of the process. Very good people and made me more comfortable during the Interview.

      Did not get to interview stage, canned rejection emails, no feedback provided. Rejection emails took a long time to come through. Reached out via a headhunter a few months later to try to hire, but the whole process was poorly managed.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't have the best recruitment experience with us, we try to get back to all candidates on the status of their application in a timely manner but this can be delayed if there is a high volume of candidates. We also aim to provide detailed feedback to all candidates who interview with us. We'll pass on your feedback to the relevant teams and aim to improve this in the future.

      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ASOS.

      One of the worst I've ever been on. You're made to feel inferior and not good enough for them. Screening call 1st stage with hiring manager Presentation and competency over 2 hours First 2 stages were easy enough. Talk about yourself and your strengths. Final stages of presenting and competency were more difficult based on a number of reasons. A poorly worded brief and egotism. "We're interested in your approach, assumptions and focus, not the accuracy of any data or assumptions you make, as long as you say why you made them and how you defined and used them. You'll need to engage with the problem rather than describe the steps you will go through". Task - After several years of high growth our active users are stagnating and for the first ASOS is churning more customer than it is acquiring. What do you think are the opportunities to enable us to return to customer growth. An hour in the presentation, you're then cut off as you need to do the next round of the process. Cheers guys. Spent a week on this and you cut me off without even asking do I have anymore slides due to time? The next round was where I witnessed the superiority complex by a one of the interview team. I'm not allowed to stipulate their role. I was quizzed on what KPI's I would tackle and then quizzed when I didn't say I would measure standard KPI's such as conversion. This demonstrated that the individual was not listening to examples being given (also demonstrated by the playing of their hands..). An example to bring this light... 'I launched a brand new shoe measuring tool' - individual 'so why didn't you measure checkout drop out?'.......head proceeds to smack wall. I could continue to highlight other major red flags with the person in question, but when it's your turn to ask questions and you're abruptly told time is up midway through asking, a minute before the meeting ends, that's when you know ASOS is not for you. IT'S A 2 WAY STREET ASOS. YOU HAVE STAFF REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS WAY. YOU MUST BE PROUD? Flagging I didn't get an offer because I don't want to work a company that treats prospective candidates this way. Its beyond rude.

We've now fed this back to the team responsible for the interview and have taken on your board all your feedback. Based on your comments, we've made some changes to the take home task to make things clearer as well as expectations during the presentation too. We appreciate your honest thoughts and hope our new changes reflect how seriously we take candidate feedback.
