First I did HireVue online interview. These are prerecorded questions and you take a video answering them. Those were pretty standard first step questions about you and the brand. Then I was invited to the headquarters for group interview. This involved a group task analyzing spreadsheet and presenting results. Quite an easy task. Next was 1-2-1 interview with merchandisers again very typical interview questions. Last step was a math test. Quite easy but definitely recommend reminding yourself how to calculate percentages. Everyone was very nice and try to make you feel comfortable definitely helped me a lot to be less nervous.

The ASOS interview process was great. I applied online and got asked to complete a video interview and a Maki and was successful! I was then invited to the Assessment Centre but waited in the talent bank as they were full. I then got a call 2 weeks later to say a space had opened up and to take part in my Assessment Centre the next day which I accepted. The day consisted of a group task on a situation about removing some stock lines, a 1-1 interview and a maths tests on percentages and some on decimals. This wasn't too difficult!
