1st had a telephone interview, I was informed of the pay, benefits and relevant details of the role. Following the telephone interview had an email inviting me in for a face to face meeting. The face to face interview was a 2 stage interview with the 1st looking at my skill sets, expertise and experience. The second stage was a brief overview of the role, what the expectations are and what the next 24 months look like from the business point of view. The benefits of working for the company were explained, along with how I would fit in. There was alot of emphasis on the companies values, what they stand for and the company culture which resonated with me.
