I was asked for an online interview, and then invited in for 2 hours. I was asked to take part in a practical and then interviewed after. I did not take the job, the recruiter never replied after I declined which I found rude.

Very Casual and easy interview, consisting of a group task, individual interview and presentation. They made you feel very relaxed and it was easy to be yourself. They weren't trying to catch you out and I really got the impression they wanted me to do well.
