Two phone interviews. I believe this was due in part to the poor weather during the time period of intern interviews. My recruiter said they would have flown me out to the North Chicago site to do the interviews, but the phone interviews were very casual and nothing to serious.

Very standard interview. Typical questions were asked about leadership activities and ways I handled a difficult problem. I would be very knowledgeable not only of your classes and extra-curricular activities, but how you conducted yourself in each of those scenarios.

easy going, interviewer was kind--made normal conversation. I felt comfortabele within the first couple minutes and it went really well. It was about 40-45 minutes. we went straight to interview and he asked a bunch of questions

Entrevista
I was reached out to by a recruiter to apply. A bit over a week later, I had two 30-minute behavioral interviews with two people on the same team. Interviews were casual and vibes were good. Questions were either stuff on my resume, situational based, or my experience beyond my resume. There was plenty of time left for questions. The interviewers were friendly and genuinely wanted to know more about the candidate. They took about 2 full weeks to get back with the offer.

Entrevista
Standard interview it was three rounds with 5 people in total. Some technical questions and Star questions as well. Overall a good experience. It took about two weeks to hear back from the hiring manager.
