I was once excited about working for this company until my interview experience. Initial screen was fine but the individuals in the Irvine office were incredibly rude which is why they have such high admin turnover. One even spoke poorly about their previous ones, that's never a good sign.

Call with in-house recruiter went great, then had a zoom with manager who asked me zero questions about myself or my resume. He seemed very distracted and uninterested, it felt like a huge waste of time.
Very professional, and typical interview process. Meet with HR with typical HR questions, hiring manager on past experience, and peers to check if you're a good fit with the group.
