It started with a Phone screen, followed by manager screening and in person interview. Overall it was a good experience. They wanted to know more about my skills and experience and lab work.

Initial conversation was over the phone with hiring manager. Was then brought in for 3 hour interview with 30min 1:1 meetings with each of the department heads. Last meeting was with HR to discuss salary. Was given an offer two days later that was highly competitive with other local companies.
