Application
I was contacted by a hiring manager via LinkedIn and invited to an informal conversation about an open position. While the initial outreach seemed promising, I was never scheduled for a formal interview or contacted by HR at any point.

Interview
The process consisted of a brief exploratory call followed by messages from the hiring manager suggesting a follow-up conversation. I responded promptly and offered availability the same day — but heard nothing further. Weeks passed without any communication, despite previous enthusiasm from the company. Eventually, I received a generic rejection email with no explanation or acknowledgment of our previous discussions.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. There was no structure, no follow-through, and no clear communication. For a global pharmaceutical company, it was disappointing to see such a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort — particularly at this level of role. Candidates deserve a basic level of transparency and follow-up, even in early-stage conversations.
