Phone screen was scheduled but recruiter didn't phone at the scheduled time. I emailed and was told that she transposed digits in my phone number and asked me to provide availability for the next few days. I sent my availability and received no response after 2 days. I emailed again and was ghosted.

I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.
