There are 4 rounds of Interview. Initial Screening by Accenture HR, Second was Physiological phone interview. Third was Skills Interview. Fourth was Close interview 1-1. Since Beginning lots of confusion with their recruitment team. Upon cleared Skills interview one of the HR called me told me i didn't clear it. Others called for further process. What a coordination. They are not sure why they are recruiting. They contacted me via online profile search and wasted my time. The work location was very far from my place. They didn't inform it to me initially, what a joke? heard from friends that work life balance is very bad in Accenture. The 1-1 hiring manage informed me about positive and HR called me told me I am not selected due to Skills interview. What a joke? I was cleared that with flying colors. The skills interviewed person told me that i want to see you soon in our organization. Advise to Recruitment team: Please do not waste candidates time. Very sad and unprofessional people. During 1-1 close interview I was waiting for more than 45 mins. Big consulting firm..They should keep the time. Wasted my time..
