Just very simple 2 job interview through phone. They first said the interview will be processed through skype but it is ignored. It didn't seem like they had a systematic interview process.

Two steps interview, in the first one the only ask about yourself and what do you expect from the job. They ask you the availability to work in shifts, during holidays ecc.

quiet short, brief and bias, no empathy at all from the recruiter side, and no language assessment required during the interview video call, just asking where did i learned the language required
