I applied online. I received a call from a recruiter about 5 weeks after I applied. I found her to be extremely personable and professional. I moved on to the next round which was the Behaviorial Interview (also by phone). The interviewer was very patient and nice. From there I moved on to a phone interview with a Senior. Management professional in the practice of interest. I found her to be polite and thorough in her questions about my experience and how it would align with the work of the practice. The job description did not specify Monday-Thursday travel which is typical for these firms and that was one reason I applied. However, I was asked early on if I would be willing to travel up to 75%. I later saw an amended job listing with more detailed travel requirements.
