First round interview, mainly personality and fit for the company. There was barely any technical questions, and the ones that were didn't involve specific code. It was my first interview of this nature so I'm not sure if this is the norm.

Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.

Assessment Centre is broken into three parts: Skills based interview, Group work and a competency based games like interview. Best advice it to answer honestly and be energetic. They are really nice and want you to be geuine

4 stages:
1) CV screening - this is the easiest step, hard to know what they use in terms of ATS
2) Online Assessment - This can be tricky, they have questions that ask you to really pay attention to detail. Fine in general if you read carefully and double check
3) Assessment Centre - most difficult stage and has 3 stages (individual, group and 10 challenges)
4) 1 on 1 with the manager - you have to create a presentation about a subject
