Situational questions in skills interview. have you ever worked in such situation and if yes how to did you approach it? etc. 3. Case study in face to face interview. Banking domain case study with director level person. Usually its interactive and does not have explicit questions. You have to participate in the conversation and work on possible solution to the case study and come up with some strategy or approach. This is usually the toughest part in the interview process. All interviewers were nice and showed respect to candidate to give a perception of their intent to hire and not outright reject.
