Its a 3 stage process. Recruiter interview, skills based interview with a current local employee, then a final in person/personality fit interview with a Senior Manager. The whole culture is results focused, so clearly communicating specifically what results you have delivered is a strong benefit.

4-5 rounds with different levels, overall smooth, timely communication and nothing unexpected, good to read up on role beforehand and have an idea about the company in general, be authentic, show your personality and your previous experiences
Rapido ed estremamente chiaro, il lavoro è stato organizzato e portato a termine con grande efficienza, concludendosi interamente nell’arco di una sola settimana. La gestione dei tempi è stata impeccabile, permettendo di ottenere un risultato preciso e ben strutturato senza ritardi o complicazioni.
