It was an HR interview for a position as a PM. I was told there would be 3 additional interviews. The questions were mainly on the past projects I had worked on. I was asked what my exprience was doing requirements gathering and how many people were reporting directly to me. The interview went well and I was told that I would get another call to schedule the next interview.

Assessment Center online mit 5 weiteren Teilnehmern, wirkte etwas umkoordiniert. Gespräch im Anschluss war nett, aber die Pause während andere ihre Gespräche hatten wirkte etwas gezwungen mit dem Consultant der für ein Q&A da war.
