Pretty smooth hiring process. Started off with an online assessment where you had to answer some questions over a web came recorder. Then i was called in for an in person interview at their San Antonio branch. The final interview was through a Skype phone call and they offered me the position a week and half later.

The interview may vary. On my own experience, there is a series of interview, technical interviews. But all-in-all, the process is very efficent. The interviewers were great and not intimidating.
