I was a university hire. I went to the career fair. I attended the Accenture events that were being held on my school campus. I made sure to dress well and always made an effort to shake everyone’s hand. (Every one of the recruiters and Accenture people that were there. i. e. managers, other consultants and analysts.) I asked questions. Just to make sure that they remembered my name and face. The hiring process was straight forward. I had an initial interview with a manager on campus. It wasn’t a technical interview. Just basic questions. Why consulting? Why Accenture? How would you deal with this or that. Basic interview questions. It lasted about an hour. That same day around 6pm I got an email saying that I had been selected for round two of interviews. Round two consisted of two interviews. One was a business case interview and the second interview that day was another personality interview. I got a call after two weeks from the recruiter from my school. I don’t know if the phone call is standard procedure but I got a call on a Friday one evening with an offer. After the phone call it took another couple weeks to get the official offer letter and then another 2-3 weeks to get my start date. After everything was said and done. It was about a 3 month process start to finish. I attended the career fair in September of 2018. And I started in January of 2019

there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
