The worst interview experience I have ever had. After passing the first round of phone interview, I have scheduled a second face to face round interview . After interview HR told you have cleared the interview and we will schedule your final interview shortly in 1-2 days . They have schedule the final interview after 10 days But no one called me for the discussion , I have wasted my time for 40 mins by waiting for the call . I tried to reach HR but no luck . I emailed to HR , I didn't get any reply from HR .

I applied for the position of SAP Hybris Architect through an employment website twice. During first time I appeared for the written skill test but was not able to clear it after which 6 month restrictions was put on my id. Second time I got a call during pandemic: Since interview was happening during pandemic thus it was all the virtual process. I got a mail from recruitment team to attempt a written skill test which consisted of 30 questions(It was a proctored session and camera was on). After submitting the test, I got a call from HR that had cleared my skill test and shall be proceeding further for the technical discussion. Technical Discussion happened in two rounds . I completed with the first round the same day itself but had to wait for few days for the second round to happen. I was quite worried about my candidature during this phase....Finally call came to join for the second round and I cleared that also. It was really the most amazing moment for me when after discussion : Interviewer: I really loved the way you explained your answers, they were very crisp and too the point.It seems you had been preparing for this position for a long time. Me: yes ( and that creepy smile) After this second round of technical discussion. I joined for the HR interview where I was asked about my current ctc expected ctc and the negotiations happened after which I was told to wait for the offer to be dispatched. Offer letter came but it took around 3-3.5 weeks. [For joining accenture one has to be very much patient because the complete recruitment process till offer letter will really frustrate you out during certain times.] Please be noted that you will be thoroughly evaluated from almost all the important modules.
