It took more than 2.5 months time to get first interview call after I got shortlisted for the JD. There were 2 technical rounds, one managerial and a HR round. I got selected and offer is rolled out. It is two times that the joining date is postponed. Not sure when will it get finalized. I feel this process of interview needs improvement

2 fasi telefoniche , una conoscitiva e una prima scrematura tecnica, con una Human Resources Business Partner, poi colloquio dal vivo con Project Manager / Referente del team per il quale era aperta la posizione .
