Accenture is a well established and well known IT firm. But the experience i had with their recruiting team was pathetic. First, i was contacted by their recruiter for a job opening and then they disappeared for like a month. After a month i again got a call from them regarding the same and they scheduled my interview in next half an hour. Their recruitment process is extremely slow, i had to do regular follow ups myself to keep myself updated. After spending around 1.5 months into the procedure, by that time i had already given 5 rounds of interviews. They disappeared again for two weeks. Later on when i asked for the update, then i was informed that my candidature got rejected since i am graduated from distance. The whole point is, it took them 2 months to figure out what was already mentioned in the resume. Suggestion for recruiting team: a candidate’s time is also valuable hence please make some necessary changes in your framework to avoid such incidents henceforth

It was easy, more about explaining the job and not many questions but eventually I didn't get the job, not sure why, I guess they didn't like my English or that what I heard from someone in the company even the required language was Arabic and I'm native Arabic speaker
