For 1 year experience they have an screening level of set of ABAP question which is irrelavant to my experience.
30 question were their more than 10 is irrelavant which is they asked about IDoc, Workflow , HR ABAP which i do not have experience i told it in initial call itself and remaining also most of the question were about 5 and more years experienced type.

Call you for f2f then it would be virtual in office, but there would be no slots. Gets delayed by a lot of time and it may get cancelled or have to repeat the interview again due to their poor hiring process. No support at all from HR, no one takes responsibility

It wasn't a very complex interview, but it wasn't very simple either. They asked
questions about performance, essentially and how organized a person is with code. Part of the interview is conducted in English.

Me sentí insatisfecho tras la entrevista con Accenture, esperaba un trato más organizado y transparente. No cumplió mis expectativas; el nivel de preparación y comunicación fue deficiente. El proceso careció de claridad y profesionalismo.
