I applied online. In few days nice lady called me and we had a phone interview. There were just usual questions about my experience, why do I want to work in Accenture, etc. Next date I got an email that they call me to face-to-face interview with HR recruiter. This lady was very nice, asked questions with smile and I felt myself relaxed. She talled about company, about position, asked me about my skills and knowledge. I tried to prove that I suit to this position and will be succesful on it. There was no "psychological" questions like "your strengths" or "where do you see yourself in 5 years". Than Iad a test on attention to details and on language skills. Next day they called me and said that they call me to face-to-face interview with my future team leader and manager. They also were nice to me. Interview was not difficult, we just talking about me and about position.
