Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Accenture (Dallas, TX) em jun. de 2010
Entrevista
Applied online through Accenture.com and received a phone call within a week. First conversation was with a senior recruiter, after which a skills assessment interview was conducted by a manager.
The next consisted of a behavioral interview over the phone and then a round of in-person interviews with a senior manager and a senior executive.
Everything went well and after my last interview, the HR person told me they want to make me an offer. She said she has sent the offer proposal to senior management and should get an approval within next couple of days. Days turned into weeks and finally after 1 month she told me that they are still interested but have no idea when the offer will get approved. She said it may take weeks or even months.
A little bit of googling shows that this is not the first time Accenture has done this. Over all, the HR person was nice but the process is pretty screwed up. Specially so because they spent over $1,000 just to fly me to Chicago for the final interview.
The interviews themselves were pretty easy and conversational. The specific position was a Data Quality Consultant. None of the interviews had any technical questions whatsoever, they were more focused on my experience, concepts and familiarity with tools (which makes sense).

Simple questions from your experience like:
- Tell me about a time when you had to persuade a client or colleague?
- Tell me about a time when a team member or client wasn't co-operating?

Very standard interview process, typical of the industry. There are several rounds of interviews: 1st is with HR to go through your experience, academic background and interests. There are also some behavioral questions. 2nd is with a member of the workforce you are being considered for: You will most likely interview with a Manager and questions are very specific to job experiences. There may be some cases in this stage as well. 3rd is also with a member of the workforce, a more senior one in this case (likely a Senior Manager, but can also be a Managing Director). The interview itself is pretty similar to the 2nd interview. If you pass these rounds, you get invited for an office visit (expenses paid) where you'll meet with several individuals that will assess your fit with the organization.

Campus recruiting. 1st round interview was a resume review. 2nd round interview was behavioral and 3rd round was another more in depth behavioral interview. The overall interview process was very professional and well organized. There were alumni guiding us throughout the interview process. The interviewers were very nice and approachable as well. Overall good experience.

Four interviews. First was a basic, "Do you know who we are and what we do?" sort of interview. Second was a very standard 'behavioral' type interview. Third and fourth, you're brought in to spend some time with an executive-level employee to do a more general, broad-ranging interview.
