They reached me through LinkedIn, once I gave my permission they called me to squedule an online Interview. Days after we proceeded to do so.
During said time I was informed about the job offer and salary.
The interview was focused on my skills and my reactiong to certain situations.
The entire interview process was exceptionally smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiters were highly professional, providing clear timelines and prompt feedback after each round, which made the overall experience completely seamless and stress-free.

Two steps interview, in the first one the only ask about yourself and what do you expect from the job. They ask you the availability to work in shifts, during holidays ecc.

quiet short, brief and bias, no empathy at all from the recruiter side, and no language assessment required during the interview video call, just asking where did i learned the language required
