Il colloquio si articola in 3 fasi: la prima è un colloquio conoscitivo per approfondire le tue skills presenti sul CV, la seconda assessment di gruppo per valutare le tue skills nel lavorare in team, infine un assessment individuale per valutare le modalità con le quali ragioni
The interviews were conducted during a single afternoon. Three interviews in total, two of which were pretty easy cases and one was a chat with a prospecting team member regarding fit.

Entrevista
They gave me 2 assessments, one was a HackerRank another assessment. The HackerRank for the consulting role was non-technical, and was relatively easy (logic and pattern questions). The other assessment was harder, tested logic questions that required pen and paper

Il processo è stato piuttosto semplice, questo era suddiviso in due step:
- colloquio conoscitivo con hr (domande legate ad esperienze passate e al percorso di studi)
- colloquio tecnico con manager (domande prettamente behavioural)
